| As a result of major growth, increased investment, and revitalization efforts in both the public and private sectors, the Village of Arlington Heights commissioned DLK Architecture to
make design recommendations for the expansion and revitalization of the Central Business District
Train Station area. Included in this work are extensive traffic and pedestrian surveys, architectural planning and landscape design, budgeting, engineering, and coordination between various agencies. During the programming and design phases, DLK conducted focus groups to gather input from members of the community.
